Hibernating or Habits

This week is about the shorter and darker days of the year. Not always easy for me, I have to admit. I am a typical summer girl. I like the heat and the sun. It is normal for me to wake up early in the morning, but I have to say the cold makes it more difficult to do so. The question is, hibernating or habits? I do it anyway because I have made things a habit that serve me during the day.

Do What You Love & Love What You Do

I absolutely love what I do and do what I love. To have a productive day, I need to be up at the time where my energy is highest. I know now, and I am grateful for everything I went through to be able to arrive here. Those habits, whether it is summer or winter, make me more creative and eager to do what I want to accomplish in a day. About ten years ago, Summer was the time where I slept only a few hours and winter was hibernating time.

You might feel the same and have difficulties getting out of the bed. It is also this year that has put a significant strain on us. I don’t know about you, but I have the feeling that I need more sleep and rest.
